Elías Rodríguez Gutiérrez has been an attorney at Tinoco, Travieso, Planchart & Núñez since 2023. He is part of the firm’s Public Law and Dispute Resolution departments, where he assists in the preparation and handling of administrative proceedings, hierarchical appeals, and contentious-administrative claims, as well as civil, commercial, and family litigation. He has worked on cases related to expropriation, the public administration’s sanctioning authority, and public service regulations, drafting legal documents and developing litigation strategies before administrative and judicial authorities. Between 2021 and 2022, he served as a Judicial Assistant at the Political-Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice and subsequently as Head of the Legal Department of a private company.
