José Santiago Núñez Gómez is a Senior Partner at Tinoco, Travieso, Planchart & Núñez, where he joined in 1997. Previously, he built his career at Venezuelan law firms, including Núñez Aristimuño (1971–1974, 1978–1991), Rodríguez Machado (1974–1978), and Núñez & Eiris (1991–1997). With over five decades of experience, his practice focuses on Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, and International Commercial Law.
He has advised Venezuelan and international companies in acquisition, restructuring, and corporate governance processes, providing a comprehensive legal perspective that considers labor, tax, and regulatory aspects of each transaction.
