Nelly Herrera Bond is a Partner at Tinoco, Travieso, Planchart & Núñez, where she joined in 1999. She specializes in Administrative, Constitutional, and Intellectual Property Law. She has advised companies and institutions in administrative, regulatory, and constitutional proceedings, with experience in telecommunications, consumer protection, public procurement, economic regulation, and the defense of intellectual property rights.
