Gustavo Planchart Pocaterra is a Senior Partner at Tinoco, Travieso, Planchart & Núñez, where he joined in 1980. From 1977 to 1978, he worked in the Trust Department at Banco de Comercio (BANCOMER) in Mexico, from 1978 to 1979 he held a position at the Old Colony Trust Bank of the First National Bank of Boston in Boston, Massachusetts; and in 1979, he served as Legal Advisor to the Trust Division of Banco Latino, C.A.
He advises on civil, commercial, and banking law, with extensive experience in corporate financing transactions, the design of family wealth protection structures, company formation and governance, foreign investment advisory, and regulatory compliance in the banking and capital markets system. He has been recognized by Chambers Latin America for over 15 years in the Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions practice area.
