Freddy Aray Lárez is a Partner at Tinoco, Travieso, Planchart & Núñez, where he joined in 2005. Between 1999 and 2005, he was an associate attorney at Pérez Perdomo–Pérez Mora & Asociados. He currently heads the firm's Puerto Ordaz office, and leads the firm's Criminal Law practice with a focus on Economic Criminal Law. He has extensive experience representing companies, executives, and family estates in investigations, litigation, and proceedings related to financial, corporate, technological, and asset-related crimes.
He advises on the implementation of criminal compliance programs aimed at preventing legal risks. His career combines procedural expertise with an understanding of business dynamics and the regulated sectors in which his clients operate.
