Nro. 319 - Resolución Conjunta mediante la cual se establecen las Disposiciones Generales para Regular la Prestación del Servicio “Exporta Fácil Postal” y los Productos Exportables a través de este servicio.
Regular la prestación del servicio “Exporta Fácil Postal” llevado a través de la plataforma logística del Instituto Postal Telegráfico de Venezuela (IPOSTEL) y de las empresas privadas Operadoras Postales debidamente habilitadas por este; ofertado a los emprendedores del micro, pequeño y mediano empresario (MIPYMES), actores de la economía popular y artesanos del país; así como a los productos potencialmente exportables de este servicio.
Nro. 318 - Decreto Nro. 5.165 mediante el cual se atribuye al Comité de Comercio Exterior la competencia para recibir y tramitar las solicitudes de Régimen Legal 3, Régimen Legal 8 y Régimen Legal 12 interpuestas por los importadores o exportadores para cumplir con lo establecido en la Ley Orgánica de Aduanas y el Arancel de Aduanas; y la Circular Nro. DGSACS-0002-2025 del Servicio Autónomo de Contraloría Sanitaria (SACS)
El Decreto atribuye al Comité de Comercio Exterior (COMEX) la competencia para recibir y tramitar las solicitudes de regímenes legales (RL 3, RL 8 y RL 12) de importación y exportación.
La Circular informa que, en cumplimiento del referido Decreto, los trámites de las autorizaciones que otorga el SACS, descritas en el texto de la Circular, se sustanciarán y decidirán por el SACS, pero se gestionarán a través del Sistema Automatizado del COMEX.
Nro. 317 - Decreto Nro. 5.171 mediante el cual se transfiere al Ejecutivo Nacional la Administración y Aprovechamiento de las Estaciones Recaudadoras de Peajes
Transferir al Servicio Desconcentrado Fondo Nacional de Transporte (FNT), dependiente del Ministerio del Poder Popular para el Transporte, la administración y aprovechamiento de la infraestructura de las estaciones recaudadoras de peajes y demás instalaciones y servicios que conforman los peajes ubicados en el territorio nacional.
